Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Analyst with our financial services client in Berwyn, PA hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite. This is a 5-month+ contract. Compensation is $20/hr-$21/hr based on experience Summary and responsibilities: Responsible for client daily distribution processing via entry of distribution dates and rates, set-up of new distribution cusips (Funds) in an Access Database, outbound calls to clients and/or their service providers to obtain distribution data and QC of distribution data for accuracy. Attention detail, data entry accuracy, and effective communication skills are essential to the role. Utilize applications such as Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes, our client's mainframes, and Multi Client Image in the completion of daily tasks. Participate in quality programs and initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. Help and/or support any ongoing projects as requested by managers or co-workers. Complete any required documentation for productivity measurement. Closely follow all regulatory and internal procedures. Monitor multiple sponsor portals and/or websites for incoming tax harvesting requests. Process and quality control review initial tax harvesting requests. Process tax selling buy back instructions. Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure all tax harvesting requests and tax selling buy backs are complete on a daily basis. Respond to various requests from intermediaries in a timely and professional manner Provide support in department projects as needed Required skills: Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interact with both internal and external parties Strong analytical research, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively train and supervise others Industry knowledge preferred Self-starter attitude If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
