TASC is hiring a Manager to join our Direct Sales team! This role will provide management, leadership, supervision and development of professional sales staff for the selling of all company services directly to employers and existing clients.
Responsibilities of the Manager of Direct Sales will include:
- Providing leadership and supervision to the DSD's who are selling TASC and BASIC brand services to new employer prospects and existing clients.
- Acting as a DSD and leading by example to sell TASC or BASIC services to potential clients and to maximize revenue with existing clients
- Overseeing the development of outbound call/email campaigns to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel for each DSD
- Partnering with Marketing and Service Model Management teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and market feedback loops
- Responsibility for the selection and termination of sales personnel as needed within the guidelines established in TASC's business development plans
- Create and implement onboarding and continuous training programs for Direct Sales Directors to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge of service offerings, and competitive differentiators
- Establishing and maintaining a results-oriented culture that supports achievement of company goals and corporate mission
- Leading DSDs in planning and goal setting and holding DSDs accountable for established KPIs and activity within Salesforce
- Motivating sales personnel to be achievement-oriented and to attain sales goals
- Encouraging team atmosphere and participation through modeling and mentoring

Required qualifications:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in sales is required.
- 2-4 years' experience leading a sales team. Sales supervision in the employee benefits and/or payroll industries is preferred.
