YOU WILL HELP THE TEAM ORGANIZE AND PUT AWAY PRODUCT THAT IS DELIVERED TO THE WORKING AREA BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS. TRAIN LINE ATTENDANTS WHERE TO COLLECT FOOD FROM THE KITCHEN AND HOW TO PROPERLY TEMP IT AND PUT IT OUT ON THE BUFFET LINES. THE LEADS WILL DOUBLE CHECK AND ENSURE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL LOFTS ARE FULLY SET WITH FOOD, SODA, AND WATER BY THE LINE ATTENDANTS PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH EVENT. LEADS WILL ENSURE THE BUFFET LINES STAY STOCKED, PRESENTABLE, AND CLEAN DURING THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT BY LINE ATTENDANTS. WHEN THE EVENT HAS ENDED, LEADS WILL HELP LINE ATTENDANTS TO TEAR DOWN EACH BUFFET LINE AND RETURN ANY UNOPENED PRODUCT TO THE KITCHENS AND PANTRIES. HELP CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL BUFFET LINES AS WELL AS SWEEP AND MOP ALL AREAS BEHIND THE BUFFET LINES. TEAM LEADS ARE EXPECTED TO BE WILLING TO HELP ANY TEAM MEMBERS WITH ANY JOB THEY NEED ASSISTANCE WITH. AT THE END OF THE SHIFT,LEADS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHEKCING OUT ALL LINE ATTENDANTS AND BARTENDERS THAT TURN IN ALL PAPERWORK AND GO OVER ANY ISSUES. LEADS WILL BE TRAINED ON HOW TO DO ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS AND THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A MANAGER ON DUTY THAT WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR NEEDS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with set-up of buffet lines in social dining room and individual lofts before event. Temp cold and hot food to ensure that it is at proper temperature for health code requirements. Put away and organize product that will be used during shift. Keep buffet lines in social lofts stocked and presentable during the duration of the event. Take down and clean up the buffet lines in the social dining room and individual lofts after the event has ended. Verify that all paperwork and temp logs are properly filled out. Fill out an order form for any upcoming events. Complete end of month inventory followed right after the last event of each month. Qualifications & Requirements: Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit Must obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate if 21 years of age or older. Must be able to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs during shift. Able to lift up to 40lbs Must be able to work all Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth Home Games Apply to Levy today!
