what you would do as a HR Manager

As the HR Manager at Tree Top, your typical day will begin with a focus on building relationships with employees across all departments. Expect to manage daily HR operations, including overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You'll conduct regular check-ins with team leaders to ensure alignment with company values and support their staffing needs. Your schedule will primarily consist of standard day shifts, Monday through Friday, but be prepared for occasional off-shift hours to engage with employees during different work times or special events. This flexibility will allow you to better understand employee experiences and foster a connected workplace culture.

Regular meetings with management will also be part of your routine, as collaboration is key to maintaining our high-performance standards and addressing employee feedback effectively.

Pay Information

Salary Range: $83,600 to $125,400 annually

Target Starting Range: $83,600 to $100,000 annually

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
