We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our global hiring strategy. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing a best-in-class talent acquisition function that supports current hiring needs and positions the organization for future growth. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong track record in building scalable recruitment operations, enabling technology, enhancing employer branding, and delivering actionable workforce insights.
This role will shape and execute strategies aligned with five core pillars :
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders, HR, and finance to forecast talent needs aligned with strategic business goals.
Lead the creation of integrated workforce plans that address both short- and long-term organizational growth.
Embed TA into business planning cycles to ensure readiness and agility.
2. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent and elevate market presence.
Champion a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Act as a steward of the employee value proposition (EVP), ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
3. Technology & Automation
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of recruitment technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms.
Drive process simplification, scalability, and data integrity through modern solutions and user-centered design.
Ensure TA tools are integrated into the broader HR tech stack and support compliance and reporting needs.
4. Recruitment Capability & Operating Model
Design and implement an agile, scalable, and high-performing TA operating model.
Build and develop a diverse, skilled, and empowered recruiting team through coaching and capability development.
Establish best practices, service level agreements (SLAs), and clear performance metrics to support internal clients.
5. Analytics & Insights
Deliver robust analytics and dashboards to track hiring performance, pipeline health, and quality of hire.
Leverage data to drive decision-making, uncover trends, and provide predictive insights to the business.
Continuously measure and communicate talent acquisition's contribution to overall business success.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading a global TA function.
  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, recruitment technologies, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with tools such as SAP, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lever, or comparable platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
