The role

As Senior Manager, Partner Marketing at Hitachi Digital Services (HDS), you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, programs, and relationships for our five strategic partners: AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, SAP, and Workday. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will turn joint value propositions into high-impact demand-generation programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You'll be part of a lean, high-performing global team of nine-setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute. Success requires an AI-first mindset, hands-on HubSpot expertise, and deep familiarity with U.S. market dynamics and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities








Strategic



Operational



Partnership Strategy - Build annual and quarterly GTM plans for each partner, aligned to their program tiers, MDF policies, and U.S.-market growth priorities.



Campaign Execution - Launch integrated demand-gen programs (digital, ABM, events, co-sell motions) using HubSpot and AI agents to meet pipeline goals.



Market & Competitive Insight - Monitor consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor moves across geos-with a heavy focus on the U.S.-to guide positioning, messaging, and offer development.



Content & Collateral - Produce co-branded assets, solution briefs, case studies, webinars, and partner-specific web pages in collaboration with product and creative teams.



Relationship Management - Cultivate senior-level ties at each partner; secure MDF, joint thought-leadership, and PR/AR opportunities.



Compliance & Governance - Ensure all marketing activity meets U.S. advertising standards, CCPA and other data-privacy laws, and any industry-specific regulations.



AI-First Marketing - Champion GenAI/AI agents for content creation, list segmentation, workflow automation, and performance optimization.



Performance & Reporting - Own dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI; deliver weekly email updates and QBRs with data-backed insights.



Stakeholder Alignment - Partner closely with Sales, Alliances, and Field Marketing to maintain consistent messaging and joint pipeline coverage.



Budget & MDF Management - Forecast, allocate, and optimize MDF and HDS funds; track ROI and ensure fiscal responsibility.




What you'll bring



  • 10+ years in partner or alliance marketing within IT services, consulting, or cloud-native environments.
  • Proven track record crafting joint GTM programs with at least three of the five named partners; existing network of partner contacts.
  • Deep experience developing and executing U.S.-market-specific marketing strategies-messaging that highlights value prop, competitive differentiation, and pain-point resolution for American buyers.
  • Solid grasp of consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape across multiple geographies.
  • Well-versed in U.S. laws and regulations (advertising standards, CCPA/other data-privacy laws, relevant industry regs) to ensure compliant marketing execution.
  • Expertise in demand generation and ABM; fluent in funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline acceleration tactics.
  • Hands-on HubSpot (or equivalent) power user-workflow automation, lead scoring, email nurtures, reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools/agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI) to improve productivity and content quality.
  • Strong project-management and time-management skills; comfortable balancing multiple partner calendars.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior tenure at Accenture, Cognizant, Siemens, Deloitte, Capgemini, or similar global SI.
  • Experience marketing AI/ML solutions or services.
  • Familiarity with co-sell motions in AWS Partner Network, Microsoft Solutions Partner program, Oracle PartnerNetwork, SAP BTP, and Workday Services Partner ecosystem.
  • Budget ownership and MDF compliance expertise.
  • Certification in HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar platform is a plus.
