Now Hiring a CDL B Local Driver | Immediate Benefits | Weekly Pay

Staffmark has a direct-hire opportunity in Cincinnati, OH, for an experienced CDL B Local Driver.

Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Start Time: Varies by route | Typical between 12 PM and 2 PM

Duration: 8-10-hour shifts

Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full-Time

What You'll Need to Qualify:



  • A valid driver's license
  • 1 year of CDL B experience in the last 3 years
  • Clear MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
  • Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No more than a combination of 3 violations or accidents within 3 years



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck to transport fresh goods like donuts and perishables
  • Deliver to retail stores within a 50-mile radius - no overnights required
  • Complete up to 13 stops daily, unloading with a two-wheeled dolly
  • Lift and move crates weighing up to 50 lbs. (often 4 at a time)
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and delivery accuracy
  • Follow all DOT and company safety guidelines during transport and unloading
