Design Creation & Development
- Under the supervision of the lead designer, create visual content such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, and other digital assets to promote upcoming performances.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Follow established workflows and file organization practices.

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to complete assignments and tasks.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution with proper specifications.

- Incorporate feedback from supervisor and others in the department to refine and improve designs.
