Shift: 1st Shift (5am - 130pm)

Job Overview:
The Machinist performs a variety of duties including: drilling and tapping of castings.

Responsibilities:
* Good working knowledge of manual machining equipment such as lathes and mills.
* Use manual lathes and mills

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years' experience Manual Machining.

Core Competencies:
* Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally with hoist to be used on objects over 40 pounds.
* Standing: Standing is required in periods of up to three hours at a time.
* Stooping: Would be required to lift objects off pallets
* Hand Dexterity: Must be able to work with hand tools, screws and gauges, as well as operating buttons on controls.
* Verbal Communication: Must be capable of clear communication between co-workers and supervisor.
* Carrying: Capable of carrying 40 pounds for a distance of up to 25 feet.

Preferences:
* Knowledge of inventory processes.
* Process driven and systematic in their approach to completing their work
* Ability to identify and solve problems.
* Ability to pass certification for Powered Industrial Vehicle license.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This position will be based at our site in Bentleyville, PA no travel.
