We're looking for a Software Developer who's ready to dive into a mix of custom-built and off-the-shelf systems that keep our business running smoothly. You'll work closely with experienced developers, solve real-world problems, and help bring new ideas to life. If you're someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and building cool stuff that actually gets used-this could be a great fit. This is an in-person role.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage user requests, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution with a sense of urgency.
  • Support and enhance a variety of business applications, including those related to manufacturing, inventory, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and provide user training as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and contribute to improving development standards and practices.


Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in large-scale software development projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Experience with technical documentation and user training
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, positive work ethic
  • Manufacturing systems experience is a plus
