In this role, you'll partner with leaders and team members to ensure policies, programs, and people practices work seamlessly, while fostering a culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

What You'll Do:
  • Be a go-to resource for employees, answering day-to-day HR questions about benefits, payroll, policies, and more.
  • Keep our HR systems and files accurate and up to date-you're the type who thrives on details and organization.
  • Reconcile weekly time and attendance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy every time.
  • Plan and coordinate employee appreciation events-because work should be rewarding and fun.
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment support when needed, helping us bring in top talent who fit our culture.
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives that keep our team moving forward.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee matters.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in HR, ideally in a manufacturing environment where you've worn multiple hats.
  • Skills: Strong communication (English required, Spanish a plus), detail-oriented, approachable, problem-solver.
  • Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS, payroll systems (ADP preferred), or Halogen a bonus.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.

Why You'll Love It Here:
  • You'll have the opportunity to shape employee experiences in a growing, people-first company.
  • We value initiative, attention to detail, and dependability-the foundation of our culture.
  • You'll work with a team that's collaborative, driven, and dedicated to making a positive impact every day.
  • Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a stable, family-oriented company.

If you're ready to bring your HR expertise, big ideas, and passion for people to a manufacturing team that values action and long-term impact, we'd love to meet you.
