The UCR School of Medicine's Office of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Examination & Curriculum Mapping Specialist. This position plays a vital role in supporting the School's academic mission by coordinating and executing curricular and assessment-related activities. Key responsibilities include managing exam and grading platforms, supporting curriculum mapping initiatives, and serving as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical academic data and systems. The incumbent will work closely with faculty and program leadership to support educational technology, compliance, and learner success.

The full salary range for this position is $66,500 - $118,300annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $92,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.

This position is fully onsite at the UCR campus in Riverside, California, for the duration of the six-month probationary period. After that, a hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote may be eligible.
