We are hiring a
Global HR Compliance Consultant to oversee our worldwide HR compliance efforts by coordinating a network of subject matter experts (SMEs), each accountable for specific compliance domains, and to establish the expectations, protocols and standards that guide their work.

You bring strong leadership and governance capabilities to ensure our compliance framework is proactive, sustainable, and aligned with evolving global regulations. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic oversight and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

You will be joining a team that is passionate about helping our peers maximize their operational efficiency and amplifying their strategic impact. Our team is at the helm of our "transformation" portfolio, which includes work focused on upgrading key talent management systems, reimagining the way we operate and deliver HR services, establishing centralized governance practices, and more. Your direct peers include members of our HR Operational Excellence, HR Technology and HR Reporting teams, and your leader is the Director of Operational Excellence and Transformation. Often times you will be working alongside the senior leaders of the Global Talent function, and with a variety of team members from across the globe.
