Description
We are hiring a Global HR Compliance Consultant to oversee our worldwide HR compliance efforts by coordinating a network of subject matter experts (SMEs), each accountable for specific compliance domains, and to establish the expectations, protocols and standards that guide their work.
Who You Are:
You bring strong leadership and governance capabilities to ensure our compliance framework is proactive, sustainable, and aligned with evolving global regulations. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic oversight and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or related roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency in international labor laws, data privacy regulations (such as GDPR), and regional employment standards
  • Skilled in translating complex legal frameworks into practical, actionable HR policies that support global operations
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment, coordinating global subject matter experts and driving alignment across diverse teams and geographies
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks across HR policies and practices
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, International Relations, Employment Law, etc.)
  • Experience with global compliance
  • Certificates and/or Formal Education on international employment laws and regulations

  • Shape the Future of Global HR Compliance: Design, implement, and continuously evolve a world-class compliance framework that supports our global workforce and aligns with our values.
  • Lead Through Influence: Coordinate and inspire a network of subject matter experts (SMEs) across regions and disciplines, empowering them to own and sustain compliance in their areas of expertise.
  • Establish the Gold Standard: Define and embed clear expectations, rituals, and protocols that guide how compliance is monitored, applied, and maintained across the organization.
  • Be the Guardian of Integrity: Ensure our practices meet or exceed international, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations-protecting both our people and our brand.
  • Drive Proactive Risk Management: Lead regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks early and implement smart, sustainable solutions.
  • Enable and Educate: Deliver impactful training and guidance to HR teams and business leaders, building a culture of compliance and ethical decision-making.
  • Resolve with Confidence: Investigate complex compliance issues with discretion and care, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with legal counsel, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor global regulatory changes and translate them into actionable insights and updates for the business.
  • Champion Ethical Excellence: Support the development of HR initiatives that foster a compliant, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.

Often times you will be working alongside the senior leaders of the Global Talent function, and with a variety of team members from across the globe.
