We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Steward with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data across multiple systems. Your work will support strategic business decisions and help ensure compliance with data policies and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & Stewardship
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems, focusing on company and contact data.
- Monitor and enforce data governance policies and standards.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology team to define and implement data quality rules.
- Understand all company and contact related data assets thoroughly
- Ensure data is defined consistently throughout
- Master Data Management
- Create and manage golden records within MDM platform.
- Understand workflows, data validation rules, and hierarchies.
- Conduct regular data profiling and cleansing.
- Examine data
- CRM & Marketing Data
- Ensure data accuracy and deduplication.
- Align data structures with enterprise MDM strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing to maintain lead, contact, and account data quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with other departments to improve data pipelines and reporting accuracy.
- Support, document and communicate change management processes related to data updates, integrations, and migrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data definitions, lineage, and usage across platforms.
- Liaison between departments (data producers and data consumer to ensure alignment across the business
- Translate technical data concepts into business-friendly language
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Steward, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Master Data Management platform.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with data quality tools, metadata management, and data governance frameworks.
- Proficient in data profiling techniques
- Experience with data integration tools or middleware (a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating CRM with MDM
- Knowledge of marketing operations, sales processes, or customer data models.
- Prior experience in Profisee or HubSpot (a plus)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Stout is required by applicable state and local laws to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000,000 - $85,000 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
