Primary duty

The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point of contact for Human Resources, supporting end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues, answering process-related questions, and creating user documentation. This role ensures data integrity, tests system changes, and manages functional configurations such as workflows, Journey configuration, page layouts, and data validation. The analyst also develops reports and dashboards using HRIS tools to support compliance, business needs, and new functionality. Collaboration with IT, Payroll, and external vendors is essential for integrations and system projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and two years of experience in human resources or business environment using/supporting business applications; may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Advanced experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools; Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
  • Experience with Reporting writing. SQL, XML, and reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Compensation:

Minimum starting salary: $57,470 per year. Salary consideration for qualified experience.
