Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Windows XP through Windows 10 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across a variety of hardware and software platforms, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office setting.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide end-user support for Windows XP through Windows 10 systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Install, configure, and maintain LaserJet printers and Zebra label printers; troubleshoot printing issues and ensure device connectivity. * Support RF (Radio Frequency) devices, ensuring reliable wireless network connectivity and collaborating with Network Engineers to resolve connectivity issues. * Provide technical support for AS/400 systems, with a preference for experience using IBM Client Access. * Utilize ServiceNow to document incidents, manage service requests, and track asset inventory. * Assist with basic networking tasks such as IP configuration, DNS, and connectivity diagnostics to support collaboration with the Network Engineering team. * Support and troubleshoot Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including Manhattan PkMS and RedWorks Pick-to-Light technologies. * Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues in person, remotely, and via phone/email. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP through 10). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Experience with LaserJet and Zebra printers. * Familiarity with AS/400 systems and IBM Client Access. * Hands-on experience with RF devices and wireless network troubleshooting. * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. * Familiarity with WMS systems such as Manhattan PkMS and RedWorks Pick-to-Light is a plus. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
