- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using Epic; manage referrals and pre-visit documentation.
- Perform check-in/check-out functions, collect co-pays, and reconcile petty cash. - Coordinate MOHS surgical appointments and slide requests. - Prepare charts and paperwork for clinic sessions; print provider notes and manage insurance referrals. - Collaborate with nursing and physicians to streamline scheduling and resolve workflow issues. - Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
