Job Description What is the opportunity? The Account Transfers team is responsible for the day-to-day incoming manual account transfer process. You will work with RBC's branches and third parties to ensure a smooth and successful transfer in accordance with FINRA rules. As an Operations Team Lead II in Account Transfers, you will provide training, coaching, and work direction for Operations Associates supporting time sensitive, complex exception-based and/or highly specialized processes. In addition, you will support escalated complex customer service situations, complete process oversight, support new initiative/process implementation, and provide department processing back-up support when needed. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $75,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
