Job Overview We're looking for customer-focused, detail-oriented, and goal-driven individuals to join our Call Center Team as Service Consultants. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and accuracy. * Provide clear information and resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Handle confidential customer data with integrity and discretion. * Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and performance standards. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, or financial services preferred). * Prior call center experience is a plus. * Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset. * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. * Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems. Compensation * $20/hour, paid weekly * Performance incentives available Schedule * Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (first 3 months) * Post-Training Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM * Weekend availability required Work Environment * In-person call center located near Kalihi Transit Center and future rail stop. * On-site employee cafeteria with affordable meals.
