About Reingold
Reingold distinguishes itself from other D.C. consulting firms by two things: our serious thirst for impact and our not-so-serious culture. Yes, we are expert technologists, marketers, and designers, joined in a focused pursuit of the best strategies for our clients. But we are also regular people who care about the human side of showing up for work each day. In other words, jokes and jeans both make daily appearances here, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Reingold's mission is to help other mission-driven organizations, whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector. Our approach requires leveraging the latest communications and digital media techniques to help our clients meet their audiences where they are - often on that little place called the internet. That's where you come in.

Reingold is hiring a senior-level (15+ years), subject matter expert in Veteran healthcare to oversee and support a portfolio of work focused on healthcare digital services, communications, and training. This is a new role, in support of a federal contract valued at greater than $200 million over a seven-year period.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week on-site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

Here's the role:

As a key member of our team supporting the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA), you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise across a variety of telehealth initiatives and projects.

  • Provide expert guidance on information systems architecture, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications, risk management, electronic analysis, software/hardware, lifecycle management, and software development methodologies.
  • Advise on the application of cloud systems and healthcare IT systems in the context of telehealth.
  • Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative telehealth solutions.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions, disseminating expertise in telehealth technologies and best practices.
  • Provide expert input on business processes, modeling, and simulation related to telehealth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulating complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, end users, other contractors to ensure projects are progressing and issues are resolved.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, customers, and other contractors to ensure project success.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in telehealth and advise on their potential impact and opportunities.
This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time.
