Position Summary: This role is responsible for designing effective and engaging learning content and materials that enhances associate skills to drive organizational success. This role will be focused on supporting Learning & Development and Organizational Development (OD) program needs, including but not limited to: content design, LMS platform management, course and program marketing, enrollment and scheduling coordination, booking and onboarding vendors, metrics collection and reporting, and special projects. This role will also be our back-end systems expert, ensuring our platforms are kept up to date, and course content is loaded and maintained appropriately and in alignment with company standards. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Manager of Learning and Development to develop content that's aligned with Hannaford OD, Learning and Development, and Leadership Development strategies.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Support administrative functions related to the OD/L&D team, including scheduling, communication to participants, coordinating resources, maintaining learning management systems (Success Factors and SharePoint), booking vendors, coordinating payments, and other administrative activities.
- Liaison with HR team leadership, functional business partners, and other stakeholders to identify needs and align program content design to learning objectives.
- Utilize adult learning and instructional design principles to design and develop effective, engaging, interactive L&D and OD content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital learning and development.
- Explore/evaluate current & emerging digital learning tools & platforms to enhance our offerings.
- Develop communications and tutorials for associates to best access and engage with our various offerings across OD and L&D. Responsible for the creation of quarterly newsletters and any associate-facing program marketing materials, with support from our marketing partners.
- Maintain and update LMS with current learning and development materials and records.
- Track and report on metrics, including training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- 1-3+ Learning and Development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Success Factors, SharePoint, or similar tools and platforms.
- Experience with Rise Articulate preferred.

The Salary Range for this Position is $63,440 - $95,160.
