We are seeking a seasoned, hands-onHR Business Partner with experience in fast-paced, international organisations to join our global HR team. Based in New York City and reporting to the Global HR Director for Business Operations and Technology, this position will primarily support our global Revenue, Business Operations and Technology teams. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping and executing a high-impact people strategy that enhances the employee experience and strengthens organizational effectiveness - all in support of AP's mission to advance the power of facts. In addition to your strategic acumen, you will bring a strong operational mindset and a readiness to engage directly with the work at hand - whether navigating complex employee relations issues, supporting HR processes, or managing core operational activities. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week onsite in our New York office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities

The anticipated salary range for this position is $109,000 - $120,000, contingent on experience and other job-related factors. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan and an employer-sponsored health insurance plan, as outlined in the official plan documents. Additionally, they are eligible for paid time off and holidays per AP policy.
