Description

Purpose:

While projecting a professional image; respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Perform daily tasks as required.

Essential Functions:



  • Ensure that customers and or employees of the bank are assisted promptly in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards as identified in the SMILE program.
  • Perform various financial duties such as; wire transfers, debit card, instant issue and rewards support.
  • Meet accuracy and correctness of work standards as required.
  • Resolve customer and employees problems or ensure that the problem is referred to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Verify and ensure that appropriate action was taken in resolving customer and or employee problems.
  • Other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma, or a GED equivalent required
  • Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements of the job. Basic bookkeeping skills


Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of standing or sitting, typing and repetitive motion
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
