You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves when necessary, while also empowering and enabling your team to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
  • Guide technical decision-making and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle and ensure the delivery of high-quality software on time and within scope.
  • Provide hands-on support with code reviews, architecture discussions, and critical implementations as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously raising the bar for technical excellence.

  • Experience building cloud native systems using AWS.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
