We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate our Industrial Engineering team in driving lean production improvements, optimizing facility layouts, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity, and increasing local content-all while upholding our high standards of quality.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of up to 7 industrial engineers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Implement lean manufacturing processes and optimize production layouts to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage capital budgets for new equipment and process improvements aligned with strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and the parent company to resolve production issues and enhance effectiveness.
  • Localize product offerings in coordination with the Marketing team to increase local content.
  • Maintain and improve production support systems, including SAP, BOMs, routings, and ISO 9001 documentation.
  • Apply Lean tools such as Kaizen and 5S to streamline operations and support key performance indicators.

What do we expect from you?

You will:

  • Lean Manufacturing Expertise - Strong knowledge of lean production principles in a make-to-order environment.
  • SAP & Systems Proficiency - Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and database software.
  • Leadership & Project Management - Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results.
  • Quality & Safety Standards - Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA health and safety regulations.
  • Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to solve complex problems and analyze production challenges.
  • Effective Communication - Clear and professional communication across all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Focus & Team Collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge - Understanding of tools, metal cutting, and welding machinery.
