Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Administrative Coordinator.

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of theChild Neurology Residency Program and two or more fellowship programs. This role alsoprovides support for the Adult Neurology Residency Program. Working in collaboration withthe Program Directors, the coordinator ensures compliance with accreditation standardsand supports trainees throughout all phases of their education.The coordinator serves as a key liaison among faculty, residents, institutional leadership,and external regulatory agencies such as the ACGME.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support to the Program Directors.
* Maintains the New Innovations software with residents, fellows, and faculty data forthe program, including block schedules, evaluations, annual payroll assignment,on-boarding, advancement and termination of trainees.
* Coordinates interview season activities including updating marketing materials,correspondence with applicants and faculty interviewers, organizing rank order listand meeting, and Match Day logistics.
* Assists with monitoring duty hours, evaluations, certifications, procedures, flushots, and other institutional requirements.
* Participates in and submits information for the Clinical Competency Committees(CCC), Annual Program Review (APR), and ACGME Annual ADS updates.
* Creates trainee training records and submits program requirement data to theACGME or UCNS.
* Facilitates reimbursements. Prepares and processes Purchase Requisitions, checkrequests, IOIs and related invoices.
* Tracks and monitors residency/fellowship budget expenses.
* Collaborate with the GME office to develop Leave of Absence letters for residentsand fellows who are on Family and Medical Leave (FMLA).
* Onboards visiting residents participating in electives with the NeurologyResidency/Fellowship Programs.
* Create and disseminate monthly Subspecialty Schedules to faculty and residents.
* Assists with coordinating the Neurology Department trainee graduation event.
* Maintains trainee files and ensures that all required documentation related toprogram requirements is received.
* Provides ongoing communication with trainees to address issues and concerns.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of standard office software is essential, including proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet and database software (e.g., Microsoft Office, preferred). Ability to multi-task and/or coordinate multiple assignments is required. Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures, and effectively communicate detailed information to a diverse population, both verbally and in writing; excellent problem-solving skills is required.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,350.00 - $76,320.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
