Job Description: Yard Spotter, 2nd shift

• Hourly Competitive Starting Pay - $24.00/hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential. Additional $0.60 at 90 days of employment.

Core Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers in and out of dock doors
• Forklift certified to move product onto and off trailers into storage racks
• Unload chep pallets into cooler racks
• Preform daily checks on the yard spotter
• Utilize good housekeeping process

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

• This position requires the ability to read, write and communicate in English. English is needed to carry out the following tasks: (1) read and understand procedure manuals, signs and box labels; (2) work with warehouse computer systems; (3) complete written documents relating to company procedures; and (4) communicate clearly with co-workers and supervisors about day-to-day operations.
• Previous CDL experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally during shift
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work weekends/ flexible schedule
