TEAM MBR B (Kitter)

Position: XY Kitter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an XY Kitter. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting production by assembling kits of components used in manufacturing. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Maintain a strong and consistent work history with a focus on reliability and punctuality
• -Organize and collect all necessary components for each product we manufacture
• -Assemble components into clearly labeled kits for easy identification and use
• -Arrange kits to support efficient workflow and optimal storage
• -Accurately count and track component quantities and locations
• -Audit inventory levels and identify when items need to be restocked or reordered
• -Support multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• -Obtain and maintain a forklift license to transport pallets of components as needed

Qualifications:

• -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and tracking
• -Willingness to learn and take initiative in inventory management
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• -Ability to repeatedly lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
