Job Title: IT Systems Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite 3 Days/Week - Local Candidates Only) Contract Rate: $55-$60/hour Conversion Salary Range: $90K-$110K Contract Duration: 3 Months (Right to Hire) About the Role We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join a rapidly growing organization with 135 users across 5 locations. This role is based in Dublin, OH, the company's primary hub. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for managing infrastructure, leading support teams, and ensuring optimal performance across systems and applications. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage Active Directory, Azure, O365, servers, networks, backups, and cybersecurity * Lead technical support teams and ensure all systems and applications are fully operational * Manage and troubleshoot Citrix in a hosted environment * Administer user setup, onboarding, terminations, and environment configurations * Monitor and report on security, backups, virus protection, and password controls * Support help desk and development teams * Assist in implementing cybersecurity plans and controls * Manage Microsoft Teams and file sharing systems Required Skills & Experience * Windows Active Directory & Server Management (including virtual environments) * Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration * Hosted Citrix Environment Management * Cybersecurity Monitoring & Implementation * Networking (routers, firewalls, connectivity, troubleshooting) * Infrastructure setup (cabling, wireless, office security) * Scripting (PowerShell) * File sharing and drive mapping * Microsoft SQL Server (preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI models) Environment Snapshot * 135 users and expanding * 5 locations, with Dublin as the central hub * Fast-growing company Interested candidates should be local to central, OH and available to work onsite three days per week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
