We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary professional to support our Insurance client's Commercial Real Estate (CRE) underwriting team. This role will focus on reviewing and summarizing commercial leases, entering financial data, and organizing key due diligence documentation. What You'll Do Lease Review & Summary Extract and summarize key lease terms using a pre-built Excel rent roll template. Identify lender-sensitive provisions like termination rights, co-tenancy clauses, and go-dark options. Classify expense structures (NNN, gross, modified gross, full-service) and highlight reimbursement responsibilities. Financial Data Entry Input historical financials from P&Ls and tax returns into standardized Excel templates. No advanced Excel skills needed - templates come pre-loaded with formulas. Document Management Organize lease-related documents into clean, labeled PDFs. Highlight critical lease terms to align with summary templates. What You Bring Familiarity with commercial lease structures and expense reimbursement methods. Ability to interpret lease language and flag lender-relevant provisions. Comfort with Excel-based data entry and basic PDF editing (merging files, highlighting text). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
