Job Title: Seamstress Location: Neenah WI 54956 Pay Rate: $30.00/hr. Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night):Day (8 AM- 5 PM) Role & Responsibilities: Read and interpret patterns, sketches, and technical drawings. Perform fittings and make adjustments to ensure proper garment fit for both child and adult apparel. Provide actionable feedback to improve product design. Collaborate with designers and production team to meet quality and timeline standards. Inspect finished garments for accuracy, quality, and consistency. Maintain a professional report with research participants during fitting sessions and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewing or fashion is a plus. Proven experience as a seamstress or in garment construction. Proficiency in hand sewing and operating industrial sewing machines. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and time management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with specialty fabrics (e.g., silk, leather, stretch materials). Knowledge of pattern making and garment design. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.
