About the Role:

We are seeking a curious, collaborative self-starter to join our Market Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy to develop markets and accelerate the adoption of key therapies in our Pelvic Health business. This role involves conducting upstream market development initiatives to understand physician needs and executing focused programs to drive technology commercialization and market expansion. In this role, the MDM will accelerate the adoption of therapies by understanding customer needs and preparing for new technology launches with KOLs and early career physicians. This customer-centric approach ensures access to the most respected KOLs for product development, educational programs, and market intelligence gathering.

The Market Development team is a U.S.-based marketing organization dedicated to achieving our market development goals. This position focuses on the Pelvic Health franchise, which includes therapies for Overactive Bladder (OAB), Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and Incontinence. Market Development Managers (MDMs) work closely with cross-functional teams to address both upstream and downstream marketing objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Field-based Marketing for Pelvic Health
  • Develop and execute Pelvic Health Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy, to accomplish our business objectives
  • Identifies Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) through various data sources to assess influence (society leadership, publications, procedural volume, etc)
  • Identifies and Recruits KOLs for Voice of Customer discussions
  • Serve as project manager for Advisory Summits
  • Support marketing teams on new technology commercialization (Upstream and Downstream Activities)
  • Lead Limited Market Release targeting, site recruitment and case support
  • Develop and execute customer Market Development programs, including Market Assessment, Market Conditioning and Commercialization
  • Explore and validate potential new call-points



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Candidate must reside in the US, with preference for mid-west to west.
  • Strategic KOL relationship management experience
  • Ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including advisory boards, congresses, and in the field required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the medical device industry with minimally invasive surgery company
  • Up to 75% of travel commitment



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Sales and/or marketing leadership experience
  • Deep clinical experience in Sacral nerve modulation and Incontinence
  • Experience managing cross functional matrixes
  • Project Management skills with strong attention to detail

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $160000 to $165000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
