We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will initiate, develops, administers, and executes meetings and events that are aligned with the project management and R&D objectives. Manage the maintenance of contracts. Supports departmental budgeting, planning and report-outs.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Fosters strong relationships with key customers, both internal and external
  • Participate in project teams across the ICTx business
  • Communicate proactively to all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Work closely with R&D and PMO leadership, to develop, coordinate and execute scheduling key meetings, physician events and any other type of meetings on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with and manages vendors and contracts to ensure that initiatives meet objectives
  • Direct and initiate solutions in support of continuous improvement
  • Define, track, and maintain budgets to ensure cost-saving measures and spending within the allocated amount
  • Participate in the development of department and franchise budgets, adhering to corporate priorities
  • Analyzes program impact and metrics for projects and/or launches. Provides recommendations and creates plans for continuous improvement
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies
  • Conducts project postmortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in MIS and Business Analytics
  • Must graduate between Fall 2025- Spring 2026
  • 0-1 year of experience in project management in the medical device industry
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
  • Must have prior Boston Scientific intern experience

Maximum Salary: $94000

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
