About This Role
CAE x SIMCOM is currently looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Instructor Pilot. This role will adhere to CAE and SIMCOM standards and policies. The instructor pilot will conduct ground school and simulator training during Initial, Recurrent, or specialty training courses for our clients. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer progress and performance, using a tailored approach to individual training needs, including lesson planning, classroom and simulator setup, and maintaining current publications and training materials. **Duties and Responsibilities**
