The RoleAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Labs who will be responsible for managing assigned products and projects in support of QuidelOrtho's growing Clinical Chemistry and Immunodiagnostic product portfolio. They will be a member of the Global Strategic Marketing team responsible for the development, maintenance, and marketing of the portfolio of Chemistry and Immunodiagnostic platforms and assays. This role is responsible for supporting key decisions, cross-functional team alignment, and key stakeholder engagement as the designated representative of Product Management on product development core teams throughout the product life cycle from ideation to successful launch to discontinuation. They will enable regional partners to drive sales growth on an ongoing basis. Beyond the assigned products and projects, they will also contribute to cross functional teams to actively drive a strong, healthy line of product solutions that produce revenue growth and increase market share by delivering on customer expectations & needs. This position can be based in Raritan, NJ or Rochester, NY. Remote work options may be considered. The Responsibilities
Hybrid office environment. Must have the discipline, organization skills, and self-motivation to work autonomously and collectively with internal team members that are office or remotely based. Travel up 20% including airplane, automobile, or train. Some overnight travel is required. Some global travel required. Physical DemandsNo strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $140,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays.
