The Department of Enrollment Management at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator.

About the Opportunity

This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems using the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud, and Marketing Cloud in Morgantown, WV.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and implement CRM-based solutions
  • Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange
  • Create and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, field-level security, data mapping, and page layouts
  • Perform data management including data migration, deduplication, recovery, and quality assurance
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Conduct testing and validation of internal and vendor-supplied code
  • Assist with code migration and release management
  • Follow university protocols for data security, system backups, and system audits
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments on technical requirements and project implementation
  • Utilize third-party applications and tools such as, Conga Composer, DemandTools, Rollup Helper, Informatica Cloud, and Axiom
  • No travel required - telecommuting permitted

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in CRM application administration using Salesforce
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the following:

    • Working with software integrations using ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud or Axiom
    • Using CRM-related applications such as Conga Composer, DemandTools, and Telemarketing tools within Salesforce


  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
