Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
Define and execute the business unit's strategic vision, leading P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, and optimizing profitability across Masimo's solution ecosystem. - Market Positioning & Commercial Strategy
Develop differentiated value propositions and go-to-market strategies for platforms like Hospital Automation, Root, Patient SafetyNet, and consumer wearables, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive trends. - Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate across R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales to streamline product portfolio development, go-to-market execution, and launch excellence. - Portfolio & Lifecycle Management
Oversee product roadmap and lifecycle planning-balancing hospital-grade platforms and consumer-facing technologies-with the ability to identify and deliver scalable, cross-segment opportunities. - Customer & Channel Engagement
Lead direct engagement with healthcare institutions, clinical customers, and consumer channels to refine offerings, strengthen adoption, and ensure scalable deployment. - Team Leadership & Organizational Development
Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams; drive organizational agility and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. - Performance Metrics & Market Intelligence

Qualifications & Profile
- Experience
12+ years of senior leadership in healthcare technology, medical devices, or consumer health-ideally including experience managing P&L responsibility and go-to-market execution for both clinical and consumer platforms. - Skills & Strengths

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $208,000 - $260,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 30% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
