HX5 is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistician to support the Mobility Directorate Office at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Logistics specialist for all C-17 heavy maintenance and supply activities, principles, regulations, and systems.

• Monitor schedule progression of ongoing C-17 heavy maintenance, communicating delays and coordinating solutions with stakeholders (SAPM teams, Foreign Liaison, Contractors).

• Coordinate material needs and resolves supply shortfalls related to C-17 heavy maintenance, leveraging DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) and PROS (Parts and Repair Ordering System) processes.

• Monitor and provide recommendations on outstanding -103 and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) requests, ensuring timely resolution for maintenance activities.

• Provide logistics support to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, addressing supply-related issues and supporting country teams as needed.

• Analyze C-17 supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in heavy maintenance operations.

• Ensure compliance with Air Force supply regulations and policies specific to C-17 heavy maintenance.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams, SAPM, and other stakeholders to streamline the C-17 heavy maintenance supply chain.

• Assist with developing and implementing improved sustainment processes.

Education and Experience:
Must have the following education and experience:

• Master's Degree and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Or ... Bachelors Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Or ... twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel
