Job Overview
The Guest Experience Specialist serves as the professional face and first impression of Marvin at 7 Tide, responsible for delivering a premium, service-driven experience that aligns with Marvin's values. This role requires proactive decision making, operational oversight, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision. The specialist introduces guests to the experience center's services, foster meaningful interactions, and ensure the facility functions seamlessly to support client engagement, brand representation and business development efforts.
Highlights of your role
Serve as the lead coordinator for guest engagement, ensuring each visitor experience reflects the Marvin brand, our quality, and values
- Independently manage and maintain the master schedule for all engagements, making real time decisions on appointment logistics, availability, capacity and adequate accommodations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, architects, designers, and internal teams, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Marvin at 7 Tide's offerings and the customer journey.
- Apply working knowledge of Marvin's sales, marketing and service channels to route inquires and support referrals to the appropriate internal teams
- Apply working knowledge of Marvin's dealer channel network and use judgement on when to route inquiries to retail versus Marvin at 7 Tide
- Oversee the functionality of all in-house technology, managing troubleshooting and internal and external vendors independently.
- Lead operational readiness, conducting regular audits and implementing systems to ensure the space remains clean, welcoming, and functional
- Manage and maintain inventory of sales enablement tools such as samples, literature, hospitality items, office supplies, ensuring alignment with upcoming events and client needs
- Maintain and evolve internal operating procedures in an effort to continuously improve and make more efficient.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to activate programs that help elevate the brand and improve customer engagement
- Lead planning and execution for on site events, tours and consultations, collaborating with management, Brand Ambassadors and external vendors.

- You thrive in environments where hospitality, design and brand storytelling intersect
- You embody professionalism and represent the brand with integrity and care
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in client services, operations, high-end retail/showroom, hospitality, service or marketing environments
