Pay: $24 per hour Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM \| Monday - Friday Requirements: 2 years of accounts receivable billing clerk experience Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player & time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures promptly Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Key Responsibilities: The accounts receivable billing clerk will be responsible for handling various billing tasks daily. Will process internal and external requests for documents. Handles the matching of invoices to shipping documents and processes credits. Performs other duties or assists in special projects as assigned by the accounts receivable supervisor. Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions.
