Job Summary The Vendor Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the Strategic Managed Services contract with Genpact and other EBO service providers. This includes leveraging process, tools, and "one team" to create and maximize business value from our relationship by focusing on specific core responsibilities including: commercial and contract management, service performance management, and relationship management What you'll do
- Develop and manage vendor relationships through activities such as vendor on-boarding, vendor communication, vendor performance tracking including monitoring Service Level Agreements, and ensuring contract execution.
- Provides key expertise to assist in supplier oversight, such as:
- Service level agreement monitoring
- Pricing negotiations, methods, and practices
- Contract management (including change requests, SOWs, contract assessments)
- Formal Issues and Disputes Management
- Supplier risk review & perform key risk mitigation
- Administration of the legal contract with Supplier
- Facilitates Supplier governance activity (i.e. business review meetings with CDW leaders)
- Consults on contractual implications from vendor performance issues
- Supports/oversee effective transition of activities with limited business disruption
- Aggregates information regarding the delivery of services
- Commercial Management
- Monitors the total investment over time including volume commitments, recurring costs, hard and soft-dollar savings, financial commitments
- Facilitates monthly close process, financial review, and budgeting
- Leads any contractual required compliance requirements, including annual review of CSL/KPI measures, BCP planning, etc.
- Oversight and tracking of all Supplier resources, rates, and any other related resource costs (i.e. software licenses)
- Assists in onboarding Supplier resources, including support of obtaining CDW systems access as applicable by process area
- Co-Innovation Fund or related transformation funding oversight of commitments, spending, and tracking of benefits
- Develop and define a differentiated interaction model with various vendor segments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve Supplier issues, get feedback on Supplier performance
What we expect of you
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement management, contract management, IT service management, strategic sourcing or operations management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of risk management and risk assessment principles
- Strong business acumen, with a solid track record of delivering results
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Experience with e-procurement systems, vendor risk management, regulated industries, or PMP certification is aplus.
