We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.

What this job involves:

  • Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
  • Lead team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.
  • Closely participate in and with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
  • Interface with key internal and external clients to obtain sponsorship and understand sourcing needs
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national sourcing programs
  • Develop sourcing strategies within assigned categories through spend analysis and current state assessment
  • Obtain business requirements from key stakeholders and create data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Provide actionable insights to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready format
  • Support service lines in preparation and management of budgets
  • Lead supplier selection processes including competitive bidding, partnership development, and consolidation strategies
  • Execute sourcing strategies by identifying and leading cross-functional stakeholder teams
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring optimal pricing structures and terms
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management
  • Partner with operations teams through detailed instruction, management, and continuous follow-up
  • Act as main point of contact for account leadership, presenting results and driving strategic decisions
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations proactively
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Project, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word), Google Suites, Slack, Outlook

Desired experience and technical skills

Required:

  • 5 plus years of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain field
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and understand what fair and optimal pricing structures are
  • Experience in developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business unit clients, internal and external; Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to develop, enhance and execute on processes and procedures; regularly contributes to the development of new or enhancement of existing business process methodologies and tools.
  • Strong project management skills
  • An understanding of the roles of managing suppliers and the interaction between the services they provide and the internal team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Project, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word), Google Suites, Slack, Outlook

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and/or 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred.
  • Project management and business transitions experience preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
