We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as Packaging Technicians. Under general supervision, you will learn and execute various tasks essential to our production process. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, performing wine movements, and operating less complex machinery, all while upholding our high standards of safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates situational awareness and a sense of urgency on the production floor. You will receive comprehensive training to gain proficiency in areas such as forklift operation, equipment functionality, cellar operations, and KPI tracking. In addition, you will perform housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area and support our Tetra packaging department. Your role will involve equipment center changeovers, sanitation activities, and ensuring compliance with sustainability policies. You will be responsible for routine production reporting, quality checks, and communicating effectively with team members and leadership We value teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
