Position Summary

As a Fraud Support Team Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. You will use sound judgement to assess the risk level when reviewing accounts for possible fraudulent activity.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Previous training or experience in leadership and/or supervisor skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of bank operations or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
