What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst you'll collaborate across the organization to analyze moderate issues for your assigned business lines, serving as a subject matter expert in systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. You'll provide operational support, monitoring, and internal customer service across the bank, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service. In addition, you'll support your assigned business lines to help drive the bank's overall strategy while optimizing department workflows.
The successful candidate will support Enterprise Operations automation initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-driven solutions. Acting as a Functional SME, this individual will have a clear understanding of business needs, processes, change impact, and the end user experience, while proactively identifying opportunities to automate workflows and drive efficiency through innovative technologies.
The role will be heavily involved in testing, training teams, and documenting new automations. The candidate will help guide conversations and assessments on the quality and effectiveness of AI-enhanced tools and automated processes, ensuring that deliverables align with business objectives.
Partnering closely with a cross-organizational team including operations, business leadership, project management, IT partners, and vendor partners, the successful candidate will champion the adoption of automation and AI, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to define and update business requirements, assess priorities and impacts, and recommend start dates for queued projects to align with core objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement small custom applications and workflows to streamline business processes and enhance productivity utilizing Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Document, refine, and optimize business processes and procedures as needed. Assist in designing and managing report to support business needs.
  • Support change management initiatives by delivering training and communications, ensuring all changes are properly documented and effectively shared with the implementation team(s).
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to identify trends. Summarize findings and develop actionable recommendations in coordination with management to keep objectives and milestones on track.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI to continuously enhance our capabilities.

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
