All About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Consumer Sales & Service Representative to join our team and help us "Shape Living for the Better." In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers across phone, chat, and email, guiding them through purchases, answering questions, resolving issues, and building loyalty. You'll play a key part in driving sales of appliances, service agreements, and accessories while delivering effortless, positive experiences for every customer. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt to change, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify consumers, generate interest, and close sales of appliances, accessories, consumables, and service agreements
  • Provide support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), delivering exceptional service and solutions
  • Manage and track consumer orders from placement through fulfillment, proactively resolving issues
  • Strive to exceed revenue, sales, and service performance goals
  • Leverage consumer insights to recommend improvements and support continuous innovation
  • Assist consumers with website navigation, order placement, and product/service questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation for procedures, escalations, returns, and exchanges
  • Share best practices and successful selling techniques with colleagues to strengthen team performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, consumer goods sales, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and selling skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus)
  • Ability to multitask across systems (SAP or similar), adapt to change, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
