Supply Distribution Specialist - Keep Our Hospital Running Smoothly
Behind every patient's care is a well-coordinated supply chain. We're seeking a Supply Distribution Specialist who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and efficient-ensuring our medical teams always have exactly what they need, when they need it.
In this vital role, you'll manage inventory, coordinate supply deliveries, and work closely with departments across the facility to keep operations flowing. From monitoring stock levels to making sure items meet quality and regulatory standards, you'll be a key part of supporting exceptional patient care-without providing direct patient care yourself.
What You'll Do
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for medical and non-medical supplies.
Track expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and prevent waste.
Receive and process supply requests from departments throughout the hospital.
Organize and distribute supplies to clinics, units, and other designated areas.
Assist with tracking and managing medical equipment and reusable supplies.
Conduct quality checks to verify specifications and compliance with regulations.
Maintain clear documentation of supply transactions and distribution activities.

- Familiarity with medical and non-medical supplies commonly used in a hospital environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control principles, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling supplies and maintaining records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
