Job Overview: As a Student Success Advisor, you'll be the consistent, caring touchpoint for a caseload of students and families throughout the academic year. Your mission is to guide, motivate, and mentor learners to stay engaged and on track-while ensuring their families feel supported, informed, and equipped to navigate virtual schooling successfully. You are part coach, part advocate, and fully invested in helping students reach their full potential. Your main accountability will be the retention of the students and families we serve.
