Job Overview: The Digital Workplace & AI Experience Manager is a hands-on leader driving digital transformation, employee experience, and operational excellenc e through next-generation modern workplace technologies and AI solutions. In this role, you'll modernize the employee technology experience by aligning tools, devices, and AI-enabled platforms with evolving business needs, ensuring every employee can fully leverage the technology in front of them. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution: defining device standards (from laptops and tablets to engineering-grade systems), evaluating emerging AI technologies, and building clear adoption roadmaps. Additionally, you'll lead enterprise-wide rollouts that boost productivity and collaboration, while championing user training to maximize adoption. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in AI solution implementation, change enablement, and workplace technology optimization, with the ability to balance execution with forward-looking strategy to deliver measurable business impact.
