What You'll Do:

* Mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles

* Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions

* Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs

* Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required

* Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment

* Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support operations

What You Need:

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally

* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

* Ability to read and verify work order information
